Important updates regarding COVID will be posted to the Embassy's Facebook page, we recommend following the page to receive these updates

Please ensure you have checked if any travel restrictions apply before attending an appointment. You are responsible for checking that travel to the Embassy from your location does not breach restrictions. You should recheck on the day of your appointment.

Passport services are provided by appointment only. Please read our booking policy.

Fees are payable by card payment only with Visa, Mastercard, or Unionpay.

Passport clients are advised that all passport application forms (PC7 simplified Adult Renewal and PC8) must be lodged in person.

Child applications are to be lodged by one parent or guardian with parental responsibility. Children under the age of 16 do not need to accompany the parent to the interview, however children aged 16 or 17 must attend with their parent/guardian.

Please note that there is no priority processing service offered at the Australian Embassy Cambodia.

We aim to issue passports within three weeks of receipt of a complete application, namely an application form completed correctly with all the required supporting documents, including photographs which meet the guidelines.

If you are in Cambodia, you can report a lost or stolen passport by phoning our office during business hours on 023 213 470.

Please carefully review all of the information provided below before attending the Passports Office at the Embassy.

You can complete the form online, this link will advise which form is appropriate for you. (Note: You cannot download blank forms). Blank PC8 forms can also be collected from the front gate of the Embassy at any time. PC7 simplified Adult Renewal forms can also be printed on the spot by staff at your appointment if required.

Please read the above information carefully. If you have further questions please email the Consular Section at [email protected].
