The Embassy does not currently have any scheduled in-person passport and notarial services outside of Phnom Penh.
Mail-in passport services
If eligible, you can apply for a passport renewal via mail.

You are not required to send in your existing passport through the post

You can still travel on your existing passport while your new passport is being processed

When your new passport is ready, it will be available for collection at the Embassy in Phnom Penh
