PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The Australian Defence Cooperation Program is focused on assisting the RCAF in continuing its development into an effective and capable organisation.
Australia continues to provide opportunities to the RCAF to develop its management and leadership by providing training to its officers and soldiers in areas such as officer training at the Australian Defence College (ADC), Australian Defence Force Accademy (ADFA), Royal Military College (RMC) and Australian Command and Staff College (ACSC), attendance at the Australian Centre for Defence and Strategic Studies (ACDSS), and numerous opportunities for the completion of postgraduate studies in a number of disciplines including Financial Management, Education, International Relations, and Maritime Security Policy.
Graduates of some of these courses have been selected to lead deployed RCAF troops on United Nations Peace Keeping Operations (UNPKO).
