The Khmer Koala Colouring and Naming Competition

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING THE COMPETITION.

 

Competition Name

  1. The Khmer Koala colouring and naming competition (the Competition) is a competition run by the Commonwealth of Australia through the Australian Embassy in Cambodia (the Embassy).

Competition Period

  1. The Competition will run from 9am (Indochina Time) Monday 19 June 2023 to 9am (Indochina Time) Sunday 16 July 2023 (Competition Period).

Eligibility

  1. Entry into the Competition is free and is open to:
    a. Cambodian residence, 12 years old and under.
  2. Employees of the Embassy or its attached agencies, its contractors and/or their immediate family members are ineligible to enter the Competition. Immediate family member means a spouse, defacto partner, child, grandchild, parent, grandparent and/or sibling (and their spouses).
  3. The Embassy reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each Entrant and to exclude and/or disqualify any Entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements. By entering the Competition, the Entrant warrants that he or she is eligible.

Entering the Competition

  1. To enter the Competition each Entrant must, during the Competition Period:
    a. Download the Khmer Koala colouring sheet from the competition page on the Embassy website.
    b. Colour it in and include your chosen name the Khmer Koala. Also include entrance name and age.
    c. Take a photo and send it to the Australian Embassy Facebook messenger by the closing date. Only parents/ guardians/teachers (whom have authority from the parent/guardian) can submit entries for child/children/students using their Facebook messenger account.
  2. Each Entrant is only permitted to enter the Competition once.

Content Criteria

  1. For an entry to be considered valid and eligible for judging it must meet the following content criteria:
    a. The Khmer Koala colouring sheet must be coloured in, with appropriate suggested name for the Khmer Koala.

Judging Criteria

  1. Entries will be judged by Embassy and Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport staff on the following criteria:
    a. Creativity (25%)
    b. Use of colour (25%)
    c. Suitable name for the Khmer Koala (50%)
    d. Two prize packs will be given away if a decision cannot be made for the winner on one entry. For example, judges decide they like one entrance name, but another entrance colouring.
  2. Entries which the Embassy determines have involved fraudulent practices, such as fake Facebook accounts to allow multiple entries by the same person, or any other illegitimate behaviour to gain advantage over other entrants, will be disqualified from the Competition.

Competition Prize(s)

  1. A Khmer Koala, The adventures of the Khmer Koala colouring book, Khmer Koala tote bag, Australian Embassy, Cambodia drink bottle.
  2. The Prize is given "as is" without any warranty, and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The Embassy reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value if the original prize is not available.
  3. Unless otherwise specified in these terms and conditions, the Embassy will not be responsible for any costs associated with the award, acceptance, receipt or use of the Prize, including any cost of travelling to redeem the Prize.

Notification and collection of Prize

  1. The Embassy will announce the winner of the Competition by tagging them on a post on the Embassy’s Facebook and on the website after the end of the Competition Period. . If a parents/ guardians/teachers submitted entries for child/children/students using their Facebook account, the embassy will contact them.
  2. The Embassy will also notify the winner by private message on Facebook within two business days of announcing the result. At this time, the Embassy will seek the winner’s details (name and age) (Personal Details) and contact details, to organise collection of the Prize. The winner must provide the Personal Details and contact details within 4 business days of the request by the Embassy.
  3. Prize sent by post or physical collection from the Australian Embassy in Phnom Penh.
  4. If the winner fails to provide the Embassy with his or her Personal Details and contact details within the required timeframe, or fails to collect the Prize in accordance with paragraph [16], the winner will forfeit the Prize and the Embassy reserves the right to select another winner, in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Intellectual property

  1. The Entrant warrants that his or her entry has not been copied, recreated, reproduced or derived from any other work and that the entry does not infringe on any other legal, intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party. The Entrant indemnifies and holds harmless the Embassy from any and all claims by any third party arising out of the use of the Entrant’s entry, including but not limited to claims of infringement or violation of the intellectual property or privacy rights of the third party.
  2. The Entrant grants the Embassy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use, modify, copy, delete from, add to, publicly display and/or reproduce, the Entrant’s entry, in whole or in part, in any medium, now or at any time in the future for any purpose.
  3. The Entrant grants the Embassy the right to use his or her Personal details, likeness, comments and/or entry for promotional purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. This includes but is not limited to announcing the result of the Competition and publishing the name of the winner on the Embassy’s page or website.
  4. The Entrant acknowledges that while the Embassy will disclose this information to Facebook for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in connection with the Competition, the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

Privacy

  1. Any personal information provided in an entry (including the child’s name and the name and Facebook account details of the submitting parent/legal guardian/teacher) will be collected, used and disclosed by the Embassy for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in connection with the Competition. This includes publishing personal information on the Embassy’s Facebook page for these purposes.
  2. If this information is not collected, the Embassy may not be able to enter the child into the Competition.
  3. By providing any personal information to the Embassy, the parent or legal guardian:
    a. consents to the Embassy collecting, using and disclosing their personal information, and the information of the child, for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in connection with the Competition; and
    b. acknowledges and agrees that Australian Privacy Principle 8.1 will not apply to any disclosure of their personal information, or the personal information of the child, made by the Embassy to any overseas recipient, including through its social media pages or on its website.

  4. Where an entry is submitted by a teacher, the teacher warrants that they have obtained express consent and authority from the child’s parents or legal guardians to enter the child into the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  6. You should refer to Facebook’s own privacy policy for further information about how Facebook will handle any personal information you provide to the Embassy through Facebook.

Indemnities

  1. The Entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Embassy and Facebook from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Entrant’s participation in the Competition and the acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize that may be won.
  2. The Embassy is not responsible for content that third parties publish, post, upload, distribute, disseminate or otherwise transmit via social media services. The Embassy accepts no liability whatsoever arising from or connected to the currency, accuracy or completeness of any material posted on social media sites or elsewhere on the internet and disclaims all responsibility for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of information provided via social media services.

Amendments and cancellation

  1. The Embassy reserves the right to, at its absolute discretion and without prior notice, vary, amend, delete or supplement any of these terms and conditions and the Entrant’s continued participation in the Competition amounts to acceptance of any revised terms and conditions. The Entrant should check [the Embassy’s] website on a regular basis for any changes to these terms and conditions. If an Entrant does not agree to a change, he or she may withdraw from the Competition by [email protected]
  2. The Embassy reserves the right to, for any reason and without any obligation to state a particular reason, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition. In the event of such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension, the Embassy may at its absolute discretion elect not to award any Prize in respect of the Competition. The decision of the Embassy to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition will not give rise to any liability to pay compensation of any nature to any Entrants.
  3. The Embassy’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final and binding on every Entrant. No correspondence will be entered into.

Governing law

  1. The Competition is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

អំពីការប្រកួត

  1. ការ​ប្រកួត​ផាត់ពណ៌​ និង​ដាក់​ឈ្មោះ​ Khmer Koala ហៅថា (ការប្រកួត) ជា​ការ​ប្រកួតដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយ​ Commonwealth of Australia តាម​រយៈ​ស្ថានទូត​អូស្ត្រាលី​ប្រចាំ​នៅ​កម្ពុជា ហៅថា (ស្ថានទូត)។

រយៈពេលនៃការប្រកួត

  1. ការប្រកួតនេះចាប់ផ្តើមពីម៉ោង ៩ព្រឹក ថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី១៩ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ដល់ ម៉ោង៩ព្រឹក ថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ទី១៦ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ហៅថា (អំឡុងពេលនៃការប្រកួត)។

លក្ខខណ្ឌនៃការប្រកួត

  1. ការចូលរួមក្នុងការប្រកួតនេះមិនមានការគិតកម្រៃទេ ហើយបើកជាសាធារណៈចំពោះ៖
    ក. អ្នកដែលមានទីលំនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងមានអាយុ១២ឆ្នាំចុះ។
  2. និយោជិតរបស់ស្ថានទូត ឬស្ថាប័នផ្សេងៗនៅក្នុងស្ថានទូត បុគ្គលិកកិច្ចសន្យា និង/ឬសមាជិកគ្រួសាររបស់ពួកគេ មិនមានសិទ្ធិចូលរួមក្នុងការប្រកួតនេះទេ។ សមាជិកគ្រួសារ មានន័យថា ប្តី ឬប្រពន្ធ ដៃគូ កូន ចៅ ឪពុកម្តាយ ជីដូនជីតា និង/ឬ បងប្អូនបង្កើត (និងប្តីប្រពន្ធរបស់ពួកគេ)។
  3. ស្ថានទូតរក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់លក្ខខណ្ឌរបស់អ្នកចូលរួមការប្រកួត ព្រមទាំងដកហូត និង/ឬដកសិទ្ធិអ្នកចូលរួមណាមួយដែលមិនបំពេញតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌដែលបានតម្រូវ។ តាមរយៈការចូលរួមក្នុងការប្រកួត អ្នកចូលរួមត្រូវធានាថាពួកគេគោរពតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ។

ការចូលរួមប្រកួត

  1. ដើម្បី​ចូល​រួមការ​ប្រកួត ​ក្នុង​អំឡុង​ពេលនៃ​​ការ​ប្រកួតនេះ អ្នក​ចូល​រួម​ម្នាក់ៗ ​ត្រូវ៖
    ក. ទាញយកក្រដាសផាត់ពណ៌ Khmer Koala ពីទំព័រ Facebook របស់ស្ថានទូត។
    ខ. ធ្វើការផាត់ពណ៌ រួចដាក់ឈ្មោះអោយ Khmer Koala ។ សូមដាក់ឈ្មោះ និងអាយុ អ្នកដែលចូលរួមផង។
    គ. ថតរូបក្រដាសដែលបានផាត់ពណ៌ និងផ្ញើទៅកាន់ Facebook messenger របស់ស្ថានទូតអូស្ត្រាលី ត្រឹមថ្ងៃបិទការប្រកួត។ មានតែមាតាបិតា/អាណាព្យាបាល/លោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូប៉ុណ្ណោះ (ដែលទទួលបានការយល់ព្រមពីមាតាបិតា/អាណាព្យាបាល) ដែលអាចផ្ញើក្រដាសដែលបានផាត់ពណ៌ ជំនួសកុមារៗ/សិស្សានុសិស្ស ដោយប្រើ Facebook messenger របស់ពួកគាត់។
  2. កុមារម្នាក់អនុញ្ញាតិឱ្យចូលរួមក្នុងការប្រកួតតែមួយដងប៉ុណ្ណោះ។

លក្ខខណ្ឌក្នុងការជ្រើសរើស

  1. ​ការ​ចូលរួម​ដែល​ត្រូវ​បាន​ចាត់​ទុក​ថា​មាន​សុពលភាព​និងមានភាព​ត្រឹមត្រូវ ​សម្រាប់យើង​ធ្វើការជ្រើសរើស ​ត្រូវ​តែ​បំពេញ​តាម​លក្ខខណ្ឌ ​ដូច​ខាង​ក្រោមនេះ៖
    ក. ក្រដាសផាត់ពណ៌ Khmer Koala ត្រូវបានផាត់ពណ៌ និងដាក់ឈ្មោះបានសមរម្យ។

ការវិនិច្ឆ័យអោយពិន្ទុ

  1. ការ​ចូល​រួមទាំងអស់​នឹង​ត្រូវ​វិនិច្ឆ័យអោយពិន្ទុ​ដោយ​ បុគ្គលិក​ស្ថានទូត និង​ក្រសួង​អប់រំ យុវជន និង​កីឡា តាម​លក្ខណ្ឌ​វិនិច្ឆ័យ​ដូច​ខាង​ក្រោម៖
    ក. ភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត (២៥%)
    ខ. ការប្រើប្រាស់ពណ៌ (២៥%)
    គ. ការដាក់ឈ្មោះ​អោយ​ Khmer Koala បានស័ក្តិសម (៥០%)
    ឃ. រង្វាន់ចំនួនពីរនឹងត្រូវបានផ្តល់ជូន ប្រសិនបើអ្នកដាក់ពិន្ទុមិនអាចសម្រេច អោយអ្នកឈ្នះបានតែម្នាក់ ដូចជាក្នុងករណី អ្នកដាក់ពិន្ទុជ្រើសរើសឈ្មោះពីអ្នកចូលរួមម្នាក់ ប៉ុន្តែជ្រើសរើសការផាត់ពណ៌របស់អ្នកចូលរួមម្នាក់ទៀត។
  2. ​​រាល់ការចូលរួមដែលស្ថានទូតរកឃើញថាមានជាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការក្លែងបន្លំ ដូចជាប្រើប្រាស់គណនី Facebook ក្លែងក្លាយ ដើម្បីបានចូលរួមការប្រកួតច្រើនដង ដោយមនុស្សតែម្នាក់ ឬអាកប្បកិរិយាខុសច្បាប់ណាមួយ ដើម្បីទទួលបានផលប្រយោជន៍លើសអ្នកចូលរួមដទៃទៀត នឹងត្រូវដកសិទ្ធិចេញពីការប្រកួត។

រង្វាន់សម្រាប់ការប្រកួត

  1. រង្វាន់រួមមាន កាដូអនុស្សាវរីយ៍ Khmer Koala ចំនួន១ សៀវភៅផាត់ពណ៌អំពីដំណើរផ្សងព្រេងរបស់ Khmer Koala ចំនួន១ កាបូប Khmer Koala ចំនួន១ ដបដាក់ទឹករបស់ស្ថានទូតអូស្ត្រាលី ចំនួន១។
  2. រង្វាន់ត្រូវបានផ្តល់ឱ្យ "ដូចដែលមាន" ដោយគ្មានការធានាណាមួយឡើយ ហើយមិនអាចផ្ទេរ ឬប្តូរជាសាច់ប្រាក់បានទេ។ ស្ថានទូតរក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការជំនួសរង្វាន់នេះ ជាមួយនឹងរង្វាន់ណាមួយផ្សេងទៀតដែលមានតម្លៃប្រហែលគ្នា ប្រសិនបើរង្វាន់ដើមមិនមាន។
  3. លើកលែងតែមានការបញ្ជាក់ផ្សេងពីលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ ស្ថានទូតមិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការចំណាយណាមួយដែលទាក់ទងនឹង រង្វាន់ ការទទួលយក ការទទួលបាន ឬការប្រើប្រាស់រង្វាន់ រួមទាំងការចំណាយលើការធ្វើដំណើរដើម្បីប្តូរយករង្វាន់នោះទេ។

សេចក្តីជូនដំណឹង និងការទទួលយករង្វាន់

  1. ស្ថានទូត​នឹង​ប្រកាសឈ្មោះ​អ្នក​ឈ្នះ​ការ​ប្រកួត ​ដោយ​ tag ​​ឈ្មោះ ​នៅ​លើ​ផុសរបស់ Facebook ​ស្ថានទូត និង​នៅ​លើ​គេហទំព័រស្ថានទូត បន្ទាប់ពី​រយៈពេល​នៃ​ការ​ប្រកួតបានបញ្ចប់។ ប្រសិនបើមាតាបិតា/អាណាព្យាបាល/លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ ប្រើគណនី Facebook របស់ពួកគេ ដើម្បីផ្ញើ ជំនួសកូនៗ/សិស្សានុសិស្ស ស្ថានទូតនឹងទាក់ទងទៅគណនី Facebook របស់ពួកគេ។
  2. ស្ថានទូតនឹងជូនដំណឹងដល់អ្នកឈ្នះ ដោយផ្ញើសារផ្ទាល់តាម Facebook ក្នុងរយៈពេលពីរថ្ងៃនៃថ្ងៃធ្វើការ បន្ទាប់ពីការប្រកាសលទ្ធផល។ ហើយ ស្ថានទូតនឹងស្វែងរកព័ត៌មានលម្អិតរបស់អ្នកឈ្នះ (ឈ្មោះ និងអាយុ) (ព័ត៌មានលម្អិតផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន) និងព័ត៌មានដើម្បីទាក់ទង និងរៀបចំធ្វើការទទួលរង្វាន់។ អ្នកឈ្នះត្រូវផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានលម្អិតផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន និងព័ត៌មានដើម្បីទាក់ទង ក្នុងរយៈពេល ៤ ថ្ងៃនៃថ្ងៃធ្វើការ បន្ទាប់ពីទទួលបានការស្នើរសុំពីស្ថានទូត។
  3. រង្វាន់អាចផ្ញើតាមប្រៃសណីយ៍ ឬមកយកផ្ទាល់ពីស្ថានទូតអូស្ត្រាលី នៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។
  4. ប្រសិនបើអ្នកឈ្នះខកខានមិនបានផ្តល់ឱ្យស្ថានទូតនូវព័ត៌មានលម្អិតផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន និងព័ត៌មានដើម្បីទាក់ទង ក្នុងរយៈពេលដែលបានកំណត់ ឬខកខានក្នុងការមកយករង្វាន់ស្របតាមកថាខណ្ឌទី [១៦] អ្នកឈ្នះនឹងបាត់បង់សិទ្ធិទទួលរង្វាន់ ហើយស្ថានទូតរក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការជ្រើសរើស អ្នកឈ្នះផ្សេងទៀត ស្របតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ។

កម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា

  1. អ្នកចូលរួមការប្រកួតត្រូវធានាថា ការចូលរួមរបស់ខ្លួនមិនបានចម្លង ធ្វើតាម ឬបានមកពីការងារផ្សេងទៀតនោះទេ ហើយការចូលរួមប្រកួតនោះមិនបំពានលើសិទ្ធិស្របច្បាប់ កម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា ឬសិទ្ធិឯកជនណាមួយផ្សេងទៀត របស់ភាគីទីបីណាម្នាក់ឡើយ។ អ្នកចូលរួមការប្រកួតត្រូវធានាថាមិនបង្កគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដល់ស្ថានទូត តាមរយៈការទាមទារណាមួយ ពីភាគីទីបី ដែលកើតឡើងពីការប្រើប្រាស់ការចូលរួមរបស់ខ្លួន រួមទាំងប៉ុន្តែមិនកំណត់ចំពោះការអះអាងពីការរំលោភលើកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា ឬសិទ្ធិឯកជនភាពរបស់ភាគីទីបី។
  2. អ្នកចូលរួមផ្តល់ឱ្យស្ថានទូតនូវ សិទ្ធិផ្តាច់មុខ ដោយឥតគិតថ្លៃ ទូទាំងពិភពលោក មិនអាចដកហូតបាន មិនអាចផ្ទេរបាន អាជ្ញាប័ណ្ណអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍ដើម្បីប្រើប្រាស់ កែប្រែ ចម្លង លុបចេញពី បន្ថែមទៅ បង្ហាញជាសាធារណៈ និង/ឬផលិតឡើងវិញ ការចូលរួមរបស់ខ្លួន ទាំងមូល ឬមួយផ្នែក ក្នុងមជ្ឈដ្ឋានណាមួយ ឥឡូវនេះ ឬនៅពេលអនាគត សម្រាប់គោលបំណងណាក៏បាន។
  3. អ្នកចូលរួមផ្តល់សិទ្ធិឱ្យស្ថានទូត ប្រើប្រាស់ព័ត៌មានលម្អិតផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន មតិយោបល់ និង/ឬ ការចូលរួមនានាសម្រាប់គោលបំណងផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ដោយមិនមានការបង់ប្រាក់ឬ សម្រេចបន្ថែម លើកលែងតែប្រើប្រាស់លើអ្វីដែលត្រូវបានហាមឃាត់ដោយច្បាប់។ នេះរួមបញ្ចូល ប៉ុន្តែមិនកំណត់តែចំពោះការប្រកាសលទ្ធផលនៃការប្រកួត និងការចុះផ្សាយឈ្មោះអ្នកឈ្នះនៅលើទំព័ររបស់ស្ថានទូត។
  4. អ្នកចូលរួមទទួលស្គាល់ថា ទោះជាស្ថានទូតនឹងបង្ហាញព័ត៌មានទៅកាន់ Facebook ក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្សាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ទីផ្សារ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ទាក់ទងនឹងការប្រកួតនេះក៏ដោយ ការប្រកួតនេះមិនមានការឧបត្ថម្ភ គាំទ្រ ឬគ្រប់គ្រង ឬទាក់ទងជាមួយ Facebook នោះទេ។

ឯកជនភាព

  1. រាល់ព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនដែលបានផ្តល់ (រួមទាំង ឈ្មោះរបស់កុមារ ឈ្មោះនិងព័ត៌មានលម្អិតនៃគណនី Facebook របស់ឪពុកម្តាយ/អាណាព្យាបាល/លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ) នឹងត្រូវបានយកមកប្រើប្រាស់ និងបង្ហាញដោយស្ថានទូត ក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្សាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ទីផ្សារ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ទាក់ទងនឹងការប្រកួត។ រួមបញ្ចូលទាំងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួននៅលើទំព័រ Facebook របស់ស្ថានទូតសម្រាប់គោលបំណងទាំងនេះ។
  2. ប្រសិនបើព័ត៌មានទាំងនេះមិនត្រូវបានប្រមូលទេ ស្ថានទូតអាចនឹងមិនអាចបញ្ចូលកុមារទៅក្នុងការប្រកួតបានឡើយ។
  3. តាមរយៈការផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនណាមួយដល់ស្ថានទូត មាតាបិតា ឬអាណាព្យាបាលស្របច្បាប់៖
    ក. យល់ព្រមអោយស្ថានទូតយក ប្រើប្រាស់ និងបង្ហាញព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់ពួកគាត់ និងព័ត៌មានរបស់កុមារ ក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្សាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ទីផ្សារ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ទាក់ទងនឹងការប្រកួត។
    ខ. ទទួលស្គាល់ និងយល់ព្រមថាគោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាពរបស់អូស្ត្រាលីប្រការ 8.1 នឹងមិនអនុវត្តចំពោះការបង្ហាញព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់ពួកគាត់ ឬព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់កុមារ ដែលធ្វើឡើងដោយស្ថានទូតទៅកាន់បុគ្គលនានានៅក្រៅប្រទេស រួមទាំងតាមរយៈប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយសង្គម ឬនៅតាមគេហទំព័រ។
  4. ចំពោះក្រដាសផាត់ពណ៌ ដែលបានដាក់មកដោយលោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូ ពួកគាត់ត្រូវធានាថាពួកគាត់បានទទួលបានការយល់ព្រម និងសិទ្ធិអំណាចពីឪពុកម្តាយ ឬអាណាព្យាបាលស្របច្បាប់របស់កុមារ ដើម្បីបញ្ចូលកុមារទៅក្នុងការប្រកួតស្របតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ។

  2. ស្ថានទូតមិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះខ្លឹមសារដែលភាគីទីបីផ្សព្វផ្សាយ បង្ហោះ ចែកចាយ ឬបញ្ជូនតាមសេវាប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយសង្គមផ្សេងៗឡើយ។ ស្ថានទូតមិនទទួលខុសត្រូវរាល់បញ្ហាដែលកើតមានឡើង ទាក់ទងនឹងប្រាក់កាក់ ភាពត្រឹមត្រូវ ឬភាពពេញលេញនៃសម្ភារៈដែលបានបង្ហោះនៅលើគេហទំព័រផ្សព្វផ្សាយសង្គម ឬកន្លែងផ្សេងទៀតនៅលើប្រព័ន្ធអ៊ីនធឺណិត ហើយបដិសេធការរាល់ការទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការបាត់បង់ ឬការខូចខាតដែលអាចកើតឡើង ពីការប្រើប្រាស់ព័ត៌មានដែលបានផ្តល់តាមរយៈប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយ សង្គមផ្សេងៗ។

  1. ស្ថានទូតរក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការសម្រេចចិត្តជាដាច់ខាត និងដោយគ្មានការជូនដំណឹងជាមុនទាក់ទងនឹងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ កែប្រែ លុប ឬបន្ថែមលក្ខខណ្ឌណាមួយនៃលក្ខន្តិកៈទាំងនេះ ហើយការចូលរួមបន្តការប្រកួតរបស់អ្នក ស្មើនឹងអ្នកព្រមទទួលយកលក្ខខណ្ឌដែលបានកែប្រែណាមួយ។ អ្នកចូលការប្រកួតគួរតែចូលគេហទំព័ររបស់ស្ថានទូតជាប្រចាំ ដើម្បីឆែកមើលការផ្លាស់ប្តូរណាមួយចំពោះលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ។ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកចូលការប្រកួតមិនយល់ព្រមចំពោះការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ ពួកគាត់អាចដកខ្លួនចេញពីការប្រកួតនេះបានតាមរយៈ [email protected] ។
